Return & Exchange Policy

At Sia Jewelry, every piece is handmade with care and intention. Due to the artisanal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, engraved or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility Criteria
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date
• Engraved or customized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
