Shipping Policy

At Sia Jewelry, each order is packed with care and shipped securely with tracking and insurance.

Processing Time
• In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days
• Made-to-order pieces require 1–3 weeks for production
If you’re on a tight schedule, email us at info@siajewelry.ca before placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping & Delivery
• Within Canada: Orders ship via Canada Post and typically arrive within 3–5 business days
• USA & International: Standard shipping takes approximately 4–10 business days depending on the destination
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for both Canadian and international orders (1–3 business days, after processing)

Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow its journey.

Customs & International Orders
Shipping fees do not include international customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
• These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Sia Jewelry is not liable for any customs-related delays or additional fees.
• If a package is refused due to these costs, any losses or return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
